PRODUCTS

  • Do the models come assembled?
    They do not. The cardboard aircraft models come packaged flat in a clear bag with pictorial instructions on how they can be assembled. 
  • Are these collectors items or toys?
    These reproductions are intended for collectors, educators, museums, reenactors, and aviation enthusiasts. While somewhat durable, they are not designed as children's toys. Recommended age limit is 9+
  • Will you be releasing more aircraft in the future?
    Yes! This is but a small collection of aircraft I currently have available. I plan to include some larger aircraft in the future and some more rare aircraft that I need original source material to replicate.
  • Are replacement parts available?
    Yes, within reason and by request only. In the case of lost or broken pieces (whether due to shipping error or assembly problems caused by a manufacturing error) Extra pieces can be shipped at no extra cost. We have the right to refuse if we do not find the provided information sufficient for replacement parts. 
  • Can I request a specific aircraft model?
    Depending on the aircraft type and whether we already offer or plan to offer the aircraft yes. However, for special requests, please contact me directly via email and that extra fees may be required to accomplish the order.
  • Are the models made in the USA?
    Yes! All models and devices are made in house in the good-ole' USA.
  • Are they appropriate for children?
    We do not recommend the training devices or cardboard models for children under 9 years old.
  • Can I order models in bulk for educational programs?
    Yes! Please contact me directly for more information regarding bulk orders and pricing.
  • Where can I learn more about WWII aircraft recognition training?
    You can check out my Activities page and scroll through a variety of programs and ideas I have used in the past for presenting either at public events as a reenactor or for museums as a volunteer.


ORDERING

  • How long does it take to process an order?
    All items are made-to-order. Please allow for 2-3 days after purchase to process the order.
  • Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
    Yes, As long as your item has not shipped yet, you may cancel at any time. Once your item has shipped, we do not offer cancellations.
  • Do you offer wholesale pricing?
    kind of? We offer bulk sale discounts by request. You can contact us directly with your order request and a quote will be sent for your approval.
  • Can museums or schools request purchase orders?
    Yes! We work very closely with schools and museums across the United States. If you are interested in models or training devices for your school or museum, contact us directly and we will send you a quote for your request.
  • What is your return policy?
    If the item that has been shipped is undamaged, unopened, and unassembled, the item may be returned for a refund. Return shipping is paid by the buyer and ONLY the item cost is refunded. Please contact us first before returning items. After we receive the returned item(s), your refund will be processed in the following 2-3 business days. *We hold the right to refuse returns in any case if we do not find the provided information sufficient.


SHIPPING

  • When will my order ship?
    All items offered are made-to-order. Please allow for 2-3 days after purchase to process the order. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Unfortunately no. We do not currently have a large enough market to offer overseas shipping, however we look forward to the day that changes!
  • Will I receive a tracking number?
    Yes, once your order is placed and the shipping label is created, you will receive notification that your item has shipped and get a tracking number.
  • My package arrived damaged. What should I do?
    Send photographs to me via email and let me know what the issue may be. If only certain parts are damaged, we offer replacement parts at no extra cost. If the entire model is damaged, we can replace it at no extra cost. *We have the right to refuse if we do not find the provided information sufficient for replacement parts.
